Description

Mostly level grass sites at Lawitta, Southern Tasmania close to New Norfolk for fully self-contained vehicles only. No tent or other camping, all vehicles must have water, toilet, shower, cooking and sleeping facilities. The Attitude Place camping area is a semi rural location, 5 minutes drive from New Norfolk and 40 minutes from Hobart. This is an ideal base to explore Mt Field National Park or Hobart. Please note the campground operators take no responsibility for personal or property damage, theft or accidents. Lawitta is a rural locality in the local government area of Derwent Valley in the South East LGA region of Tasmania. Lawitta has a population of just over 200 persons.
